CyberPDX is a 5-day professional development camp for middle and high school teachers.
We introduce cybersecurity skills, principles, policies, and careers through a curriculum that integrates programming, cryptography, law/policy, and digital filmmaking. We are an interdisciplinary program, linking STEM with the Humanities and Social Sciences.
We are open to teachers who work in any and all subject areas! Our interdisciplinary approach seeks to raise interest in cybersecurity and help teachers (and their future students) identify with the diversity of cybersecurity careers available.
While we have been hosting combination student-teacher camps for 5 years, this year we will only be hosting a camp for teachers.
Applications for the 2019 camp are now closed. Please fill out the CyberPDX Interest Survey to be added to our mailing list for a possible 2020 offering.
